    Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, then coat evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper.

    Cook for 12 minutes, then flip skin-side up and cook for another 10-12 minutes, until the skin is crisp and a thermometer reads 175°F (79°C).
